The Zero Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes grown in Baden, Germany’s premier pinot region, known for its abundant sunshine and minimal rainfall. Leitz partners with a co-op in the Kaiserstuhl to create this authentic, cask-aged wine, gently de-alcoholized to preserve its varietal and regional character. Germany pioneered alcohol removal in 1907—fittingly in Leitz’s hometown of Rüdesheim—and today, advanced techniques and exceptional fruit make The Zero a true continuation of over a century of innovation in non-alcoholic winemaking.
