Policies

We know rules aren't fun. But in order for us to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, we have a handful of policies that folks should be aware of! Please see below and don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns:

• Delivery is available on Monday's only and is only available for certain zip codes in Western Massachusetts. Delivery area availability will be confirmed upon check out.  Delivery orders must be placed no later than 2:00PM the prior Sunday. 
• Pick up available during store hours only:
  • Tuesday-Friday: 2:00-7:00PM
  • Saturday-Sunday: 11:00AM-6:00PM
  • Closed Monday
• Pick up orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days or will be automatically refunded.
  
• All sales are final; no returns, refunds, exchanges or credits.
• Age Policy: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from our shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
