Let's be honest: talking about alcohol can be...weird.
And everyone's relationship with it is different. Some people have left it behind entirely. Some are exploring what drinking less looks like. Some are in recovery. Some are sober-curious. And some just enjoy having great non-alcoholic options on hand.
And that's exactly why we're here.
This blog grew out of something simple: our social media Sober Anniversary celebrations. We started sharing milestones from members of our community, and the response was amazing! Again and again, people told us how much it meant to see conversatoins about sobriety, recovery, moderation, and alcohol-free living happening out in the open.
Not everyone has a support group. Not everyone attends meetings. Not everyone feels comfortable speaking up in a room full of strangers. But writing? That's different!
A blog gives us space to tell our stories, share our experiences, exchange ideas, and connect with others who might be walking a similar path even if we've never met.
So we're opening the floor.
We want stories! We want reviews! We want opinions, recipes, recommendations, lessons learned, funny moments, hard-earned wisdom, and thoughtful reflections. We want to hear about your favorite NA beverage, your first sober wedding, your relationship with alcohol, your wellness journey, or why you think pickle beer should (or shouldn't) exist. For the record, I'm team SHOULD.
You don't need to be sober. You don't need to be a professional writer. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need something that to you is worth sharing. Our hope is that this becomes a place where people can learn from one another, find inspiration, discover new products, feel a little less alone, and maybe even see themselves in someone else's story!
